  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags, packaging & accessories are intact

  • You received a wrong product, wrong size, or a defective item

Products Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Items that show signs of use

  • Products without tags or original packaging

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased during clearance/sale, unless defective

Exchange Process

  1. Go to the Exchange Request section or contact our support team.

  2. Provide your order number and issue details (with pictures if defective).

  3. Our team will verify and approve the request.

  4. Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to us.

  5. After inspection, we will process your exchange and send the replacement.

Shipping for Exchange

  • In case of defective/wrong product, Dwixter covers the return shipping.

  • For size or preference-based exchanges, customers may need to bear shipping charges.

Exchange Limitations

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you can choose another product of the same value.

Important Notes

  • Exchange will not be processed if the product fails quality checks.
