1. Eligibility for Returns

You can place a return request if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.


2. Return Time Window

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests placed after this window may not be accepted.


3. Return Handling Fee

A ₹100 return handling fee will be applicable for all return requests.
This covers pickup, inspection, and processing charges.
The amount will be deducted from your refund or store credit.


4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Products without original packaging or missing tags

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special discounts

  • Any product showing signs of wear or misuse


5. How to Initiate a Return

To place a return request:

  1. Go to the My Orders section

  2. Select the item you want to return

  3. Choose the reason and submit the request

Our team will review the request and arrange a pickup if approved.


6. Refund Process

Once the returned item passes quality check:

  • Refund will be issued as store credit or original payment method (if applicable)

  • Refund time may take 5–7 working days after approval

If the return does not pass QC, the item will be sent back to you.


7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size replacement, depending on stock availability.

  • Exchange pickup and delivery are subject to the same ₹100 handling fee.


8. Multiple Returns Abuse

Excessive or repeated return requests may result in:

  • Return restrictions

  • Account review or suspension

This helps maintain fair usage for all customers.


9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
